SIMIS has three investment casting foundries: The first one mainly produces stainless steel investment castings using silica sol process; the second one mainly uses sodium silicate process to produce carbon steel, alloy steel castings; the third one mainly produces vacuum investment castings. 

 

Equipped with advanced casting equipments, SIMIS can produce all kinds of investment castings according to client’s requirements.

SIMIS has many advanced CNC machining equipments, such as CNC lathe, CNC vertical machining center, CNC horizontal machining center, so that high quality finished parts can be finished. Also it has mirror polishing and electric polishing  facilities, thus is can provide mirror polished metal parts for clients.
